The Council For Athletic Affairs [CAA] shall consist of the Athletic Director or college representative appointed by the President from each FCCAA Intercollegiate Athletic Program for which eligibility is filed.  The CAA recognizes FCCAA Athletic Commissioners (if not a member athletic director or representative appointed by the President) and the FCCAA Administrative Coordinator as non-voting members of the Council.
